Why Therapy?

Therapy is the treatment of someone with mental or physical illness without the use of drugs or operations. A therapy is a particular treatment of someone with a particular illness.

Potential Benefits of Therapy:

  1. Being able to express your concerns, feelings, thoughts in a safe environment.

  2. Communication skills are improved.

  3. Develop healthier habits/ strategies

  4. Learn coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety.

  5. Learn how capable and strong you really are.
