We work with teens with a variety of challenges, and some include low self esteem, trauma/abuse history, difficulties in relationships. For adolescents we use age appropriate expressive mediums to offer alternative methods of self expression.
It’s tough to be a teenager – differentiating oneself from the family, navigating social relationships and pressures, self-esteem and body image, academic pressure. Stressors such as a move, divorce, conflict, abuse or trauma add to all this. We work with teens and their families that are struggling to understand and communicate with one another.
