Blue Monday

If you were not already aware, this past Monday is known as Blue Monday, noted to be the most depressing day of the year. Blue Monday is a relatively new theory proposed by a UK psychologist based on a mathematical formula (Blue Monday). This day is calculated to be the most depressing day of the year due to failed New Year’s resolutions, winter weather, and holiday bills.
