ANGER MANAGEMENT

Anger is a natural human experience, however, if you find yourself being angry very frequently about little things whether its work, at home, while driving, anywhere, you could have a problem.

Dealing with consistent anger can put you at risk for job loss, divorce or marital problems, financial problems, accidents and injuries, as well as domestic volence.


It is vital to express your anger because it can lead to chronic anger if not dealt with. Best way to release anger is by taking deep breaths and getting your point across in a calm, civil manner. Therapy can help someone become aware of their anger and where it potentially stems from.

There is still hope for change. Going to therapy is a great first step and being committed can only improve your mental health.
